Electricity is not automatically included and will be provided only where approved in writing. The organizer may reject equipment, limit the approved load, or charge for additional electrical requirements. Vendors must not connect equipment that was not declared and approved.

Any use of gas, LPG, charcoal or open flame is subject to organizer, venue and applicable authority approval. Declaring it in this application does not constitute approval.
